Chanel Creme blush de Chanel in Revelation 63 REVIEW and swatches

I went to a nearby Nordstrom last week and found the creme blush sitting on the Chanel make up counter. Unfortunately, due to my curiosity, I had to stop by the counter to put my hands on it. And about half an hour of playing with the products and looking in the mirror and a few more encouraging words from the sales lady, I took one home with me. The color I chose was Revelation, which was not limited edition, but still pretty nonetheless. See below for swatches and details.

The chanel creme blush came in a container quite similar to their powder blushes. There is a velvet slip holder and then a push button to pop open the product. There is a mirror on one side and the blush on the other. The only difference with these ones is that the powder is now a creme and there is no brush that comes with it.

Marc Jacobs Style Eye-con No. 3 palette REVIEW and swatches

New from Marc Jacobs is a line of cosmetics! I got my hands on them from Sephora, which offered Beauty Insiders first try at this new, never seen before line. The line consists of lipglosses, eyeshadow, eyeshadow palettes, nail polish, foundation, and make up brushes. I know they sell these at Sephora, but I am not sure if they are available anywhere else. I chose one of the eyeshadow palettes to review in No. 3. See below for more details and swatches. I also reviewed the lip vinyl from Marc Jacobs here.

Marc Jacobs Style Eye-con No. 3, $42, Sephora

It comes wrapped in a cloth envelope with a button clasp.

It has a mirror inside with a Marc Jacobs plastic plate to prevent eyeshadow from getting onto mirror.

There is a push to open button on the front side.

The No.3 palette includes 3 shades: A brightening nude yellow, a shimmering brown copper, and a gold sheen.

L'Oreal Color Riche lipstick in Ballerina Shoes REVIEW and swatches

L'Oreal had product stands pop up in CVS, Walgreens, and Target near me lately and I was very intrigued in trying a light pink shade of lipstick. I have this love of baby pink lips, but a lot of the times it doesn't go well with my skin tone. I chose Ballerina Shoes from this line and reviewed it here for you. See below for more info!

L'Oreal Made for Me Pinks stands

As you can see, there are multiple shades for every skin tone. I don't wear lipstick a lot so I really enjoy a shade of pink that is more light. Unfortunately, it is also more for fairer skin people.

L'Oreal Ballerina Shoes does not seem to be a limited edition product so this is probably good news to some of you. The packaging isn't anything special and the look resembles the other color riche lipsticks.

Maybelline Big Eye Mascara REVIEW

I have been meaning to post this review up for a while now, but things have just gotten quite hectic around here. My newest mascara that I have tried is the Maybelline Big Eye mascara. This is similar to the falsies, which is one of my favorite all time mascaras. Needless to say, I had to try this one.

Maybelline Big Eye Mascara, $5.99

The Big Eye mascara has two ends, one for the top lashes and one for the bottom lashes.
The top lash wand is more fluffy whereas the bottom lash is more sleek and defined.
